Welcome to the Eastside Baby Corner’s (EBC) volunteer event registration website.  If are interested in being a volunteer at EBC, please register using the sign-In link provided in the top right corner.

EBC Mission:

Eastside Baby Corner makes a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need by collecting and purchasing children’s items and distributing them, free of charge, through local service care providers.  Click here to see a video about EBC.

General Volunteer Opportunities:

Great volunteer opportunities await you at EBC.  We currently have the following openings.

• Sort incoming donations (sign up for available events below)
• Fulfill orders for children (sign up for available events below)

Volunteer Guidelines:

• Volunteers under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult who will work with them for the entire shift 
• Children under age 7 may not volunteer at EBC for safety reasons
• If you would like to schedule a volunteer group, please contact Christy Garrard at christyG@babycorner.org.

• If you need to record hours worked at EBC as community service hours, you must have your paperwork signed by an EBC supervisor on the day you volunteer.

Volunteer Tips:

• Dress in layers,  the warehouse is cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
• For your safety, please wear closed toed shoes.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated while you volunteer.
• It is the volunteer's responsibility to track his or her hours for community service. EBC will provide a tracking form if needed.
• Please arrive on time.

• Saturday Supervisors (training provided)
• Saturday Donation Receiving Team (training provided)
• Facilities Manager

Donations Needed:   

Every day, more children are without food, diapers, and clothes as families in our communities are squeezed by job loss, the housing crisis, and shrinking state budgets.  Your gifts are used wisely and efficiently to help children be safe and healthy and to thrive as families rebuild their lives.  Go to http://www.babycorner.org/ for a complete list of needed items.

Directions to EBC:

• From I90, take exit 15
• Travel south approximately 0.2 miles on State Rt. 900
• Turn left on NW Maple St.   
• Go less than 0.1 mile and turn left at first driveway
